BIBLE STUDY AND PRAYER GROUP
A mid-week Bible Study and Prayer Group meets every Wednesday from 7:00-8:00 p.m., in Room B1, downstairs in the Education Building. The group is led by George Schafer. All are invited to attend.
SPECIAL OFFERING
The Session has authorized a special offering to be taken for Haiti relief through the Presbyterian USA denomination. If you would like to give, please make your check out to Kenwood Church earmarked for Haiti relief. This offering will be collected over the next few weeks, as the need in that country is ongoing.
BAPTISM MEETING
All the parents who are having children baptized on Easter Sunday will please meet with the pastor downstairs in the Fellowship Hall, following the worship service on Sunday, March 7th.
FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING
The Finance Committee will meet on Thursday, March 11, beginning at 7:00 p.m. in Room B1 of the Education Building.

The 2010 Kenwood Church telephone directory pages are on the bulletin board. Please check your name, address, and telephone number and make any changes, if needed.
LENTEN FAIR
There will be a Lenten Fair in the auditorium from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, March 14th. There will be no Sunday School that day. The children will be learning the meaning of Lent, Palm Sunday, Holy Week, and Easter through the use of symbols, crafts, and food. As part of the fair, the children will be dyeing Easter eggs so parents are asked to dress them accordingly. Also, parental help is needed in assisting the children.
LENTEN DINNER
On Sunday, March 14th, following the worship service, we will have a pot luck dinner downstairs in the Fellowship Hall. Everyone is encouraged to come and bring a dish to share. There will be a sign-up sheet on the table in the narthex.
TREASURY NEEDS HELP
With the winter weather so far this year, and people not able to get to church, our offerings have suffered. In addition, church expenses have increased because of several plowings of the parking lot, and the demise and replacement of the church boiler. If you have not caught up with your giving this year, the Session asks you please do so. And if you are able to give more to help with these added expenses, it would be a great help to our budget. Thank you.
